Treatment of aftermath of the Burns should have two clear objectives, first functional recovery of the affected part, and second to preserve as far as possible their normal anatomy (Aesthetic approach).
The Burns alter the characteristics of the skin, so a burned skin to be replaced. Techniques for obtaining skin are grafts and flaps expanders.
